Vision
In line with the vision of UNUD, the vision of the Faculty of Tourism is "The realization of a Faculty of Tourism that is Excellent, Independent, Cultured, and Internationally Competitive". In order to provide more clarity of the meaning of the formulation of the vision, the following is an explanation of the meaning of several keywords, namely:
- Excellence means that the Faculty of Tourism of Udayana University consciously produces human resources that are competitive, both at national and international levels. With this excellence, the Faculty of Tourism is directed to become a leading educational institution, especially in terms of education, research and community service in the field of tourism. Excellence is directed at the excellence of tourism scientific development based on local Balinese culture. The Faculty of Tourism has been directed towards internationalization as an effort to excel internationally
- Independent means that all human resources produced have a strong personality, are self-confident, and highly competitive, so that they are able to appear and work as independent and cultured intellectuals. For this reason, the Faculty of Tourism as a leading educational institution must have autonomy in various aspects, especially in developing management systems and educational materials in order to achieve goals in accordance with the vision. Independence is also strengthened by entrepreneurship and soft skill lectures in all study programs.
- Cultured means that the human resources produced are able to uphold the values ??of honesty and academic truth. Culture that is based on Balinese culture, which is based on Tri Hita Karana. Local tourism content is the Basic Scientific Pattern of Culture, especially Tri Hita Karana.
- International Standard means the capability of the Faculty of Tourism or study program is in accordance with the international level or standard. International standard can be measured by the achievement of international accreditation achieved and the international ranking of study programs.
