Dean's Meeting on Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - 24th of June, 2025
Jimbaran. The Faculty of Tourism held a Leadership Meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, which took place in the Faculty of Tourism Meeting Room. The meeting was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, and Unit Coordinators.
The agenda of this meeting focused on five strategic points that are the faculty's priorities in supporting the improvement of the quality of education and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI):
1. Evaluation of On-Time Graduates
Discussion of data on graduates who successfully completed their studies according to the specified study period, as well as strategies to increase the number of on-time graduations through strengthening academic guidance and thesis monitoring.
2. Promotion of Independent Student Admissions
The meeting discussed strategies to intensify the promotion of new student admissions through independent pathways, including optimizing digital media, partnerships with schools, and direct socialization activities to the community.
3. IKU: Implementation of Case Method and Team-Based Project
Evaluation of the implementation of case-based learning methods (case method) and team-based projects as part of efforts to fulfill the Kemendikbudristek IKU, with a focus on improving the quality of the learning process and active student involvement.
4. Integrity Zone (ZI) Assessment Results
Submission of internal assessment results related to the development of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK), as well as follow-up improvements in aspects of service, transparency, and governance.
5. Evaluation of Achievements of the Revision of FIBAA
International Accreditation Documents Can also evaluate the progress of the revision of the FIBAA international accreditation document, as part of the Faculty of Tourism's commitment to ensuring the quality and international recognition of study programs.
Finally, the meeting was closed with the signing of a cascading performance contract as one of the important moments in this meeting, as a form of commitment and accountability of the study program leaders to the targets that have been set at the faculty level.
